2. I disagree with this idea. I think a united DOE (and funding pot) at the federal level is beneficial at the student level in each and every county. A functional DOE can watch over schools and make sure students are leaning the right things at the same time.

3. I am against this idea. I believe some of the best inventions and innovations are brought to light through military funding. Nuclear bombs were invented for the military, now clean nuclear plants power my home.
